2022.04.17 Bakewell (Bridge / Matlock Streets Roundabout), at SK218.685 ~N thru park, ~W on Bath Str., then  along A6, (Buxton Rd), starting NNW then turning ~W, at SK209.691 take FP ~NW crossing Lakeside Rd, then path turns ~W generally above The River Wye, touch A6 rd at SK200.695, then follow minor road across River Wye NW into Ashford in Water, ~WSW past Church (detour to PC? - well north of Church), cross FB over The River Wye at SK194.696 then follow A6 road ~W for ~250m and turn off ~ESE on road (up to Sheldon) but after ~250m turn off on FP at River Wye, but take FP ~W / S (which is not exactly as map trace) steeply up (in parts) to rejoin the the road into Sheldon at SK178.688, ~W thru Sheldon, then SW along Johnson Lane  to take FP at SK168.686 curving ~W to rejoin a road at SK159.685, ~100m along rd then take FP ~SW for 1.1km, (part between dry stone walls), then S down to junction of roads at SK150.669, ~S thru Monyash passing PH and on to village pond, join & follow Limestone Way ~SW turning ~ESE to One Ash Grange Farm then E (on N side of buildings) to join dale running NE (leaving LS Way) and crossing FB at SK174.655 over River Lathkill, follow Lathkill Dale  generally Eastward to cross River at Conksbury (Road) Bridge, ~S along road for short distance & join FP ~SSE along river, at Raper Lodge Rd, turn ~NE to cross River Lathkill,  up ~E then U-turn up NW to upper flat level,  ~E across to Barn, follow BW for ~800m to join road continuing N to pass Noton Barn Farm by about 140m, take FP ~N for ~ 500m which bends down NNE then then N  back into Bakewell - Leader Andrew Irwin - Sunday - 10 on walk - ~21.5km (about 13 plus miles)
