coach to Mieders, lift Hochseriesbahn to Serlesbahn- Koppeneck (1600m), walk to Maria Waldrast* (1638m), Langes Tal, Blaserhütte (2180m), retraced route to lift - some descended by toboggan  

*a monastry founded in 1405 when 2 boys found a statue of the Virgin Mary in a cave - statue now on high altar in the church
