2020.03.22 **  a 'social distancing' solo walk - Chapeltown, from A61 Rd SK329966 (no parking here) SW up to Woodhead Road, at SK320960 NW through Barnsley's Wharncliff Chase to gate at SK308973, around outside North & West Chase Boundaries, again near Wharncliffe Lodge take gate through Chase ~ESE to gate at SK317952, ~E through Wharncliffe Woods to Parking Area on Woodhead Rd, take Sheffield Country Walk ~NE through Greno Woods then SE to Woodseats, ~NNE back to Chapeltown

Keep at least 2 meter distance should you meet other people during this Virus period  

take Woodhead Road (just visible behind and next to Bar House) to right, reach stone wall and turn through gate into Wharncliffe Chase (open access land)
